What data we collect and why

When you make a purchase

When you buy a prompt pack through our WooCommerce shop, we collect:

  • Your name and email address — to deliver your order and send your access link
  • Your billing address — required for VAT and legal compliance
  • Your payment details — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

We use this data to process and fulfil your order, send you your pack access link and password, and maintain our legal and financial records. The legal basis for this processing is contract performance — we need this data to deliver what you’ve paid for.

When you download the free pack

When you download the Charity & Community Prompt Pack, we collect your email address. We use this to send you the access details and, with your consent, to send you occasional updates about new packs and resources from Grow Cornwall AI. The legal basis is legitimate interest for delivery and consent for marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

When you use our contact form

When you contact us through the website, we collect your name and email address to respond to your enquiry. We retain this correspondence for up to two years. The legal basis is legitimate interest.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website — which pages are visited, how long people stay, where they come from. This data is aggregated and anonymised. We do not use it to identify individuals.

Google Analytics uses cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Email marketing

With your consent, we send marketing emails about new prompt packs, workshops, and resources via Klaviyo. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Clicking it removes you from all marketing communications immediately.

We do not send marketing emails to people who have only made a purchase, unless they have separately opted in to our mailing list.

Who we share your data with

We share your data only with the third-party services required to operate this business:

How long we keep your data

Terms of Sale

The short version: You buy a prompt pack, we give you access to it. You can use the prompts in your business. You can’t resell them. Digital products that have been accessed cannot be refunded — but if something goes wrong, just get in touch and we’ll sort it out.

Our products

Grow Cornwall AI sells digital prompt packs — collections of AI prompts delivered as password-protected web pages. Upon purchase you receive an access link and password by email. There is no physical product and nothing to download or install beyond visiting the web page.

Prompts work with any AI tool including Claude.ai and ChatGPT (free tiers). We do not provide access to these tools — they are third-party services available independently.

Pricing and VAT

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate. VAT receipts are available on request — email us at hello@growcornwallai.co.uk.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We accept payment by credit and debit card via Stripe. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.

Delivery

Your access link and password are delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, contact us at hello@growcornwallai.co.uk and we will resend it promptly.

Access to pack pages is unlimited — there is no expiry on your link. If you lose your email, contact us and we will resend your access details at no charge.

Refund policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital product purchase within 14 days — unless you have already accessed the digital content and you acknowledged at the point of purchase that your right to cancel would be lost upon accessing it.

By completing your purchase you confirm that you wish to receive immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that your right to a 14-day cancellation period will be lost once the content has been accessed.

This said: if something genuinely goes wrong — the page doesn’t work, the content is not as described, or you have a legitimate concern — please contact us. We will always try to resolve issues fairly and promptly. We would rather sort a problem than lose a customer’s trust.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The prompt packs sold by Grow Cornwall AI are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved by The Pets Larder Ltd trading as Grow Cornwall AI.

You may:

  • Use the prompts for your own business purposes
  • Share the outputs generated using the prompts — these belong to you
  • Share your access link with colleagues within your business

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute or republish the prompts themselves
  • Share your access link publicly or on social media
  • Use the prompts to create a competing prompt product
  • Claim the prompts as your own original work

The free Charity & Community Prompt Pack may be shared freely within the third sector — charities, community groups and social enterprises. It may not be sold or used for commercial purposes.

Accuracy and results

The prompts in our packs are designed to produce useful first drafts when used with AI tools. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, results or commercial performance from using the prompts. The quality of AI output depends on many factors including the tool used, the information provided and how the output is edited and applied.

We always recommend reading, editing and taking ownership of any AI-generated content before publishing or sending it. Each pack includes a due diligence checklist for this purpose.

Grow Cornwall AI is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content produced using our prompts.

Charitable giving

Grow Cornwall AI donates 10% of net revenue from paid prompt packs to Cornish charities on a quarterly basis. This giving is a voluntary commitment and does not form part of the contract of sale. Details of donations made are published on our website and social media channels.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from purchases made through growcornwallai.co.uk will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
